Please join us in congratulating Kimberly Brown, the 2015 recipient of our Naturally Me Cares Pay It Forward Initiative Scholarship. Ms. Brown, pictured here with Naturally Me CEO/Founder Chaundra Smith, was honored along with other outstanding students during Durham Tech's scholarship breakfast. 

The scholarship is near and dear to Chaundra's heart.  When she was trying to continue her education, she was a single parent of 3 kids under the age of 10 and couldn't afford a babysitter to attend night classes. She was referred to Durham Tech's Single Parents Program (that is no longer in existence), and they paid for her childcare so that she could continue her education. She vowed that when she was able, she would pay it forward and help another single parent.   

She has been able to award 3 scholarships to students attending Durham Technical Community College.  With your help, she will be able to help even more.  20% from the sale of All Over Butter, Soy Candles and Joyful Feet goes towards our annual scholarship.
