Returns Policy

Due to the hand crafted nature of our products; 
All Sales Are Final! 

If you purchased items from one of our retail partners, including Amazon, please follow their return policies. Please notify us at care@naturallyme.us if you receive damaged items. Damaged goods will be replaced at no cost to you.


We currently ship to all 50 states and Canada.  Orders are typically processed within 48-72 business hours provided all items are in stock. Standard shipping can take 3 to 7 days after processing. Please note most of our products are made upon order to give our customers the freshest product possible. If you have any questions about our shipping times please us the "contact us" link on our home page. 


Most orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. You will receive tracking information once your order is packaged and ready for delivery to the USPS. Orders shipped internationally will be shipped USPS.


In an effort to help reduce waste, we use recycle packaging peanuts, paper and boxes, whenever possible.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responisble for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was deleivered, we will not reship orders that have been lost or stolen.  Please contact your mail carrier.
